Quality Design
I have purchased two ellipticals before, one from Amazon, and both developed issues within a matter of days or weeks of casual use.

Great Machine
Our elliptical arrived yesterday and my husband and I put it together in about 3 hours. It is a heavy duty machine and the display is easy to read.





A Great, Metaphor-Free Workout
When I started looking for an exercise machine for cardio, I wasn't wed to an elliptical machine but I was pretty sure I didn't want a treadmill. When I use a treadmill, I am treading: running and running but never getting anywhere, no matter how fast I run. Why would I purchase an expensive machine to do what I do for free in my nightmares?

Sole Fitness Eliptical E98 Model
It is commercial strength yet easy to use. Best of all I can roll out of bed in the morning and do my workout without the lights even being turned on. It took a little more time than expected when assembling the unit, about 9 hours. The instructions were fairly easy to follow.

Great bike! Quiet, comfortable and does not make noise. I love it and highly recommend it to anyone that is interested in having a home gym.


Great elipical
Sturdy, smooth, quiet! Gives a great work out! There is a small squeak that I am not sure where its coming from, but grease came with and I will keep trying to locate it.

The best workout for me
I love this elliptical, it is solid, and smooth. I have only had it one day so far but in that time my son and I are using it to workout during the inclimate weather we have.

Elliptical Trainers, How Good Are They?

As you must notice elliptical trainer is one of the most popular exercise equipment in many gyms and home gyms. Elliptical machines are a combination of a treadmill and bike that move your legs in an elliptical axis. This equipment reduces the amount of pressure on your joints, which is its most important plus over traditional exercise bike. It also burns more calories than exercise bike since your upper body moves too. They also do not require lots of space. The elliptical is an effective machine to improve cardiovascular health with minimal impact on joints.

Using elliptical trainers are as easy as using treadmill, but here are some tips that may help:
  • To use your elliptical machine effectively first learn how to position yourself on it: Keep your shoulders back, your head up and your abdominal muscles tight, also learn how to control resistance and incline, also be sure your equipment is correctly set up. Always bend your knees a little while pedaling.
  •  Start with low intensity and do not push too hard at the beginning. To adjust the intensity, use the resistance adjustment, try to pedal faster or adjust the incline level.
  •  Most elliptical trainers have a small digital LCD screen to monitor time and burned calories. Also you can adjust the incline with the buttons on the monitor.
  •  Backward pedaling makes more pressure on knees than forward pedaling and which allows you to work your calf and hamstring muscles a little bit more than does forward motion. Use the handlebars to work your upper-body. It will also make your legs easier to rotate so add some resistance if you like.
